Admission Process at Jiangsu University

The prestigious Jiangsu University invites applications from international students for MBBS in Jiangsu University every year in the month of May-June for the September fall session. The application form for MBBS in Jiangsu University can be filled online on the university website. The form available on the website demands basic details of the student willing to apply for MBBS in Jiangsu University. The student must fill the form with all his correct details and must submit a completely filled form online. The university representative then connects with the applicant within 7 working days of receiving this form to guide further and submit the copy of documents online. Any discrepancy in the form, documents or incomplete entries will lead to rejection of the applicant and no further entries or queries will be entertained by the university. It is advised to be careful and coordinate with the university representative while proceeding for admission formalities.

The documents required to be submitted online for MBBS admission in Jiangsu University are:

  1. Coloured scanned copy of 10th Mark sheet
  2. Notarized copy of 12th Mark sheet
  3. Notarized copy of NEET Scorecard
  4. A copy of original passport
  5. Police Clearance Certificate
  6. Record of Physical Medical Check up
  7. Student coloured passport size photograph
  8. Gap Certificate (in case there is any gap in academic years)

The university, upon receipt and verification of all the documents received from an applicant issues makes the arrangement to issue the pre-admission letter for qualifying candidates. These candidates are intimated by sending the soft copy of this letter to them. The student is now required to pay 6400 RMB directly to the university account (which includes application fee as well) for blocking the seat at the university and submit a swift copy of the same to the university. Upon the confirmation of the fee receipt, the university approaches the ministry to get the student JW202 (Visa Invitation) issued for the student. The same is sent to the student to be submitted at the local consulate along with the passport when applying for visa. In general, express student visa takes 2 working days and normal student visa for China takes 4-5 working days to be stamped. Once the student has been granted visa for study in China, the student can make arrangements to fly to China. The rest fee can be transferred to the university after all formalities are done or upon arrival in China.
